Convert existing bedroom into new laundry, 2 door
linen and hall for access to new extension. Provide
new external door to new laundry. Demolish the
existing laundry to open up kitchen area. Block up
the existing external laundry door. Provide new
internal kitchen entry. Create a larger living room
by demolishing the wall between the entry and
living.
