Managing Director

As the founder and General Manager of Apex Alterations and Additions, Jeff is responsible for driving the company’s business strategy and overall operations. He is dedicated to being part of a team that delivers a home addition that suite’s your lifestyle needs, wants and budget, since 1989.

Jeff’s extensive knowledge and experience has been gained over a 35 year period. In 35 years he has completed courses in carpentry, building construction, sales, administration, marketing and drafting. Jeff believes education is the fundamental element to a class leading building business.

Jeff’s customer focussed business strategy is twofold:

  1. Clients who have “Life enrichment through the building of their dreams”
  2. Having a business culture that is customer focused and team rewarding

Admin and Finance Manager

With over 10 years’ experience in Administration and Finance within the building industry, working specifically with home additions and extensions. Patricia prepares documents for Council/Certifier approval and follows up on pre-construction and post construction certificates. Patricia is well equipped and experienced for her key role here at Apex.


Draftsperson and Estimator

Noel is passionate about designing and drawing, with over 21 years in the Architectural drafting and designing of home additions and extensions. Noel is Apex Alterations and Addition’s dedicated in-house Draftsperson and Estimator as well as our Building Design Consultant. He works closely with you to create unique and creative designs that will seamlessly harmonise with the characteristics and features of your existing home all while tailoring it to your budget. Noel builds on these designs as working drawings for Council/Certifier submission, to make your home extension a reality.


Marketing/Sales Assistant and Receptionist

Marian’s position is to answer customer enquiries and assist the sales and marketing team at Apex Alterations and Additions.

She has 22 years of Administration, Advertising and Marketing experience, she has an Associate Diploma of Business majoring in Advertising and Marketing. Her background is in retail and fashion and enjoys the change/challenge of learning more about the building industry.

In her free time she likes to spend time with Family and Friends in particular her 3 children who are the world to her, she also enjoys a good laugh.

Wes Klomp

Project Manager

Wes’s position in Apex Alterations and Additions is an essential one. He is your dedicated Project Manager liaison, who oversees and manages your construction process.

With over 10 years experience in the building industry as a qualified carpenter coupled with the practical knowledge and experience of various other trades. He has completed courses in carpentry and building.

Wes is an accomplished building professional who enjoys nothing more than to make your home extension a reality.

In his free time he like’s to do anything to get the adrenalin going.
